Premodium��s power of resurrection that emerged in 615 A.C had awakened the devil Jakiel who was sealed off in hidden location. Jakiel, with his magical force and military power, prepared base for resurrection of Macuapel and trained powerful monsters.

Being fully prepared, Jakiel��s army had put Coelliss Sect in a very difficult situation but he failed to defeat counterattack by alliance of Savages, Fighters and Magicians. He fled to Ovest Island.

Jakiel poured his last remaining magical powers turning Ovest into a flying island to hide from Coelliss Sect. It is said that he is raising an army preparing for reinvasion since then.

Ovest Island became to be called Hover Island after Jakiel turned it into flying island and use it as his base.

Matariel

Matariel is called devil of deception and trick. He was resurrected in 822 A.C. by power of Premodium. He inoculated vicious desire and greed to leaders of human to cause internal conflict and gathered a powerful army in preparation for resurrection of Macuapel.
Matariel gave General Ralph Schreder body of a scorpion filled with revenge and hatred in return for his soul when he was defeated by heroes Serkis, Larosh, and Seth and was dying out in the desert.
After Schreder, Idra and Slade died along with 3 heroes, Matariel built the Ketters Temple and waited for the resurrection of Macuapel. However, all his effort was vanished when he was raided by Valkyries and was confined and sealed off in the Meier Island.

Lava Stone Antaras

Slade was an elite member of Dark Knight and he was great general of all in the Macuapel Sect. Though Macuapel Sect had taken over all of castles of the continent, outcome of the war being in favor of the sect, they were being held in Leticia. When Schreder arrived in Leticia, Slade observed and restrain him worrying that his young and ambitious general lacking in experience might ruin everything. Nevertheless, this young general eventually moves his army own his own and dies in the battle. When Schreder were resurrected, he also took the form of monster to gain power though he was still alive.
Slade lost his life to Seth, a Savage warrior. Seth was swallowed by Slade and was dying but squeezed last ounce of his strength and destroy Slade inside out. Though Slade was stone-like skin covering his whole body but he was vulnerable to inside attack. Altar of Blood

Elena Idra was a descendant of clan of dark mages like Schreder. She, in fact, is basically of same lineage as Valkyries. She followed Schreder around like a brother when they were child. However, her parents later on caused the downfall of clan of Schreder.
With strong magical powers, she served Macuapel Sect as a dark mage early in her life and secretly supported Schreder in his battles. At the battle of Leticia, she instinctively knew that this was going to be final battle and she planted seed of Dark Peacock, a being worshiped in her clan, sacrificing herself to gain more strong power.
She fought with Great Magician Larosh and died in the battle.

Night of the Dead

Jakiel has prepared to welcome those who rose against him and sent Azazel & Gorson to attack Cronous to decentralize the Cronous alliance
Jakiel��s henchman Azazel & Gorson awoke ancient sprits sleeping all over the Cronous by evil power of another dimension and Primodium Fragment. Continent of croNous is now threatened by indiscriminate attack of aliens

Sitis Terra

Though tradition says that Sitis Terra was once green grassland, this area is turned into a desert. That is because this area was cursed during the last battle of the one thousand-year war of Tartanos. Worthy of the place where the last fierce battle of the one thousand-year war waged, lots of relics and legends remain here. Santus Mico in this area, an important port of the continent, is a brisk city of trade. The waterway to get across to the Island of Meier from this city is not opened yet. But when it becomes possible later to get across to the Island of Meier, riding a boat, it will be an important place for traffic to and from the continent.
In its extensive desert, the monsters that are different from those in and around CRONOUS are living. I was told that the powerful monsters that survived the Tartanos War are living on Purica Pathway that runs across the desert. It is also known that Montanus temple, from where the way to the area of Patria opens, exists somewhere in Sitis Terra

Ma-dravas

madavas used to be a beautiful place with splendid flower gardens, and it is where there is the collapsed temple, of which the legend of the birth of Savage is handed down. However, this area has turned into a place where strong monsters are thickly populated since Sidus raised a disturbance. Swamp Golem appears in swamps and the once beautiful Frezia has turned into a monster called Frezel. Nevertheless, tragedy did not end there. Recently, the actual existence of dungeons that only existed in the legend has been confirmed, and the evil energy of Malus Aura that was known to be kept sealed off by Matariel has gotten stronger. Amid all these, unusual phenomena happened in Madravas, too. The sky over Mardravas, which used to be always sunny and gave warmth to the land, is now always spread with dark clouds, with the sun never appearing. Concurrently, the monsters that used to live here have been ousted to Tarra or Cakras, and new monsters of greater strength have taken their place. Madravas becomes a frightening place that is full of the most evil energy in the area of Patria. According to the exploration team, Sleans that used to come down from Kaineus are no match for these new monsters. They say the new monsters are as strong as the monsters in Hidden Village.

Kaineus

Kaineus means the one who challenges god. Here exists a proper castle where fighters of Savage lived together.
On the mountain top, the strongest fighters of Savage tribe lived in unity to challenge Matariel, and the best fighter of them ruled the castle. This place is named after Kaineus, who challenged Matariel. The main castle of Savage tribe is located on the mountaintop, which presents a magnificent spectacle. However, since this castle is located in such a high spot on the mountain, gradually peoples�� coming and going became rare. At present, only the outward appearance of Kaineus Castle exists. To pay tribute to the accomplishments of Kaineus, a hero of Savage, many towers were built, and structures symbolizing Savage are positioned oddly, all of which forms Kaineus into a fortress. This place is full of hand-fighting grounds that are built to compete forces, and vestiges of warfare.

Hidden Village, Malus Ora, unos

Scholars of CRONOUS discovered Hidden Village. A narrow stem of ocean current, which flows through a small crevice in a southern part of Unos, gradually filled the vicinity of the castle with saltiness, and suddenly became so big that it cannot be reclaimed. The Scholars felt some strange energy and believed that would end up demolishing the castle and creating a new space. In order to keep the crevice from getting bigger, the scholars had it sealed up by putting up a molded structure on it. Surprisingly, the structure shed light and led them to a new region that they could not have seen in CRONOUS. The scholars could contact a village of monsters that had no less intelligence than man, and made a promise with them to maintain friendly and cooperative relations. Though Hidden Village has all the elements of a good living environment, contrary to its peaceful appearance, its vicinities are full of strong monsters.Always keep in mind that you can come back from Hidden Village to Unos via Mael. However, as long as the friendly relations with residents of Hidden Village remain, coming in and going out of fighters through the entrance of Unos will be free

There exist a large-sized castle and a huge stadium where contests can be held in this region. Brisk trade is being done here. However, the right is given to only those who have withstood a long voyage. As for its location, this castle is the nearest to Mesis, but connected to Santus Mico by water. Therefore, all the trade is made possible through Santus Mico. Unlike other islands, trade with the continent is brisk here. That is because this island is full of weapons and defense equipment in those shapes that cannot be seen in other places. I heard that even Platonis, a military city, is trading with Unos via other region. There are many who guess that the archetypes of these special articles might have flowed into here from Uranus island that exists only in legend. Though it might be just a guess, but this guess is backed by the island��s climate and topographical characteristics that are quite different from those of neighboring regions.

Malus Aura is called another face of Meier Island. Tradition says when a war broke out among gods, low-grade gods drowned themselves to protect Uranus Island and Meier Island, which were one body at the time. The shock caused the land to be torn off Uranus. The shapes of tombs of dead gods have become mountains, and with many chaotic occasions the land was torn into the current two islands. Unlike Unos, Malus Aura has turned into a place where people cannot possibly live, due to natural disasters, etc. The land was cursed and dying black due to the evil energy flowing from Evil Kunabla, where tradition says Matariel is resting. Particularly, the eruption of a volcano tore apart Meier Island in many pieces. By the efforts of those who wanted to go to the other side, many forms of bridges were built for a while. But they have broken with time and people started to move to the other side of the island to find a place to live.
With the passage of time, the region of Malus Aura has become a rarely visited place, which is quite different from Unos. Prophets believe this is a sign that Matariel is about to be awakened. They keep reciting ominous prophecies and foresee a gloomy future for CRONOUS.
The one thing that people are not aware of is that all the misfortunes regarded by them as providence of nature have been handed down from the warfare of ancient gods

Entice and Entice Woods

Adventurers who explored Entice found a new passage in a place they never thought of. Passage looks like the shape of an immense snake. As you go out of the passage, you will find an open space surrounded by a dark forest. Place is full of monsters hostile to humans. You have to risk you life if you are to explore this area.
It is said that dwarves and elves lived in the forest leading to the tower of magicians in Navitas. However, evil forces annihilated the old landscape and monsters hostile to humans keep the mystic forest.
Among monsters in Entice and Entice Wood, Succubus is known to cast spells alluring people and augmenting abilities of nearby monsters. Watch out for Succubus when you engage in combat with monsters.

The region of Navitas was well known for Kanon Magic School in the past. Called the home of the Magicians, it is full of magical power. While magicians left for the war with monsters from another dimension, unknown force covered the whole area and kept people out.
The transportation was cut off due to storms and fog. As powers of Matariel weakened recently, the storm began to disappear and enabled the voyage to the region of Navitas from Meier. Sea route was still dangerous that a few adventurers made it to Navitas. However, their courageous efforts enabled the traveling through the Way Point. These courageous adventurers had disappeared and never seen again after they entered the region of Entais Wood, the dark forest.

River of Hero

It is told that before Macuapel made it a part of Hover Island, River of Hero was part of Uranos Continent where it was used as hunting ground of king and had beautiful scenery.It is also told that there lived two lovers, a warrior called Billon and a beautiful lady called Talia. One day, when Macuapel ripped the area out and made it a part of Hover Island, Talia was swallowed by Hydra which appeared from the river suddenly out of nowhere. Billon followed and went into the stomach of Hydra to save his lover, Talia. No one knows what happened to those two lovers afterwards but the legend says the two lovers realized true love forever.

River of Flame

It is a lava bed where hot magma flows and also a passage to Monster Mill.
Not only do you have to face monsters made of hot magma, you will also have to overcome the hot air and treacherous environment of the area.
However, it is leaves you with no choice for it is the only way leading to the Monster Mill. If you want to defeat Jakiel, one of 5 Advocates, and become a hero, you have to make some sacrifices.

CRONOUS

CRONOUS is the heart and center of the Continent, where the head temple of the Coellis sect and Oracle, the group of sages, are located.
The castle is also the place where the heroes, who received the message to fight against Sidus from Oracle, start their first adventure. To prepare the adventurers who will leave for distant places, the castle is full of vitality now.

River of Ordeal

River of OrdealYou have to pass through this humid marsh area in order to arrive at River of Hero.
River of Hero is a must pilgrimage for those who seek and working strength and to get there, you have to overcome and test yourself passing through River of Ordeal.

As the name of the place implies, you have to be careful for you do not know what kind of ordeals are waiting for you here.

If you pass through and arrive at River of Hero, you will have become a stronger warrior so don��t give up.

River of Resurrection

It is where you first arrive as you board Narsha and fly over to Hover Island. There are still many areas in River of Resurrection that no one has ever explored into. It is also where you first step into and start your journey in Hover Island.

The world of CRONOUS consists of the CRONOUS area that is covered with the Occasus and Lugosus range in the north, Sitis Terra where only the ruins and deserts exist in the south, and the Continent of Patria which is located deeply inside the Lugosus range. Across the sea is located Meier island. You will see the remains of fierce battles among gods and the unknown enemies in this area.
Many regions are currently under attack or occupation of many monsters that are deemed to have come from alien worlds. I could fortunately write this book, due to many travelers who gave me information about each region and helped me during my travel.
I was most surprised to find out there are residents who, even under the constant attack from monsters, have been firmly defending their village and castle. These people warmly received exhausted travelers who had suffered attacks from monsters, and some of them even made amazing weapons and sold them. I pay my respects to them from the bottom of my heart, and dedicate this book to all the residents who have given me help in writing this book.

new look to the colosseum

Colosseum is an ancient word meaning enormous structure. It is familiar to us as place of arena as it is popularly known as the name of the building built by the Romans. However, it is said that the Colosseum was not just an arena but also a place where people enjoyed various forms of amusements and entertainments.
Colosseum��s most popular form of entertainment was battle between gladiators and beasts.
General concept of Colosseum of Cronous is not far from definition given above where you join the battle as the gladiator. Main purpose of Colosseum is to provide a place where users can freely enjoy PvP without any penalties. There are various modes to choose from and you can host the tournament yourself.
Modes available in Colosseum are Free Battle and Special mode. Free Battle Mode basic PvP battle and Special Mode is a reserve-base battle.
Currently, only Hero Mode is available under Special Mode. In Hero mode, you turn into ancient hero Vicas and battle with other multiple users.
We plan to continuous develop additional options for Special Mode along with update of Colosseum system as well.
